Critical: Professionalism Horrible place to live in or rent from, Mark was a complete PRICK. The security NSA was great group of guys and they did their best but were always being blocked by the Staff on doing what needed to be done. The staff of SV you deal with isn't worth a dang when issues happen, maintenance was a joke, half the time never showing up, at some point someone went in our apartment without our knowledge and locked our dog in the bathroom, Mark claimed it wasn't any of this staff yet the issue there was the door was locked and nothing was broken in, a week later got a notice about care and blinds and things. So... Who else would it of been. And don't live at the other place they have out on spring garden the houses cause the management there is a joke too
