Trinity Commons at Erwin

I’ve been living at Trinity Commons for less than a week and it’s already one of the best decisions I made when moving to Duke. The location is unbeatable, just a quick walk to West Campus and the medical center, so getting to classes and work is effortless and stress-free. The apartment itself is spacious and modern, with beautiful finishes like granite counters and stainless steel appliances. It also feels incredibly safe and quiet, perfect for focusing on studies or just relaxing after a long day. But what really stands out is the office staff. They’re always friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful. Special shoutout to Marlayna: she went above and beyond to assist me even before I arrived, answering endless questions, coordinating everything seamlessly, and making me feel supported from afar. Being away from home and starting life from scratch in a new place can be overwhelming, but running into special people like her makes all the difference. This is priceless. If you’re looking for peace, convenience and a truly welcoming vibe near Duke, Trinity Commons is the place.

I had a great experience with the leasing agent Ms Grace Martin at Trinity Commons. She is very welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. She takes the time to clearly explain everything and patiently answers any questions, making the whole leasing process easy and stress-free. The apartment community is also very clean, organized, and well maintained. The amenities and appliances work well, and everything in the lease and instructions is clear and transparent.
