The pool is closed until August (But don't worry, rent is still full priced like it's open). Dog Run cleanup NOT enforced.

1 Star – Extremely disappointed in the management and upkeep of this building. My wife and I moved here specifically for the amenities—the dog run and the pool were huge factors for us—but the reality of living here has been a series of broken promises and safety concerns. **1. The Pool:** The pool has been out of service since February and won't be open until August. That is six months of downtime during the peak summer season and through my wife's birthday. For a competitive athlete who needs a pool for training, this is more than an inconvenience; it’s a complete failure to provide what we pay for. **2. Constant Elevator Failures:** One elevator is almost always broken. This past weekend, the building was down to one working elevator for everyone. It was packed like sardines, making it impossible to board with our child’s stroller. More importantly, I have a 75lb dog that cannot walk the stairs. When the elevators fail, I’m effectively trapped on the 8th floor because I can't carry a dog that size down eight flights of stairs. It’s a massive safety and accessibility issue. **3. The Dog Run is a Biohazard:** The dog run is constantly covered in waste. It has become a legitimate health concern for both pets and owners. Despite there being cameras, management does nothing to hold people accountable. I actually spent time yesterday picking up every single pile of waste myself just so it was safe enough for my dog to enter. We pay "luxury" prices for a space that currently feels like a health hazard. Management needs to step up, utilize the security tapes to fine residents who don't clean up, and fix the basic infrastructure of this building. Until then, I cannot recommend living here.
