Living at Greens by Lotus has been such a positive experience. The townhomes are beautifully designed, spacious, and well maintained, and the community always feels clean and welcoming. The management team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. The location is also a huge plus convenient to shopping, dining, and everyday essentials while still feeling peaceful and comfortable. If you’re looking for a well-managed community that truly feels like home, I highly recommend Greens by Lotus.

I’ve lived at Greens by Lotus for over a year now and couldn’t be happier! The staff has been consistently friendly, professional, and always willing to help. My townhome is beautiful—especially the extra large windows and vaulted ceilings that make the space feel so open and bright. It’s been a great place to call home, and I truly appreciate the care the team puts into the community.

We just moved in and were having some appliance issues. The manager was so responsive and took care of the problem so quickly! They were effective and efficient and they kept us updated with every step as things were being fixed. We are so glad we moved here!

It is a nice place to live, management is seemingly friendly from my limited interactions with them, but it is quite overpriced and has a lot of hidden fees. We pay $40+ a month for community maintenance, which is supposed to include things like snowplowing, etc, but ended up having to clear most of the snow ourselves this winter. We are expecting to be nickel-and-dimed upon move out as consistent with others’ experiences. It is nice to have a garage so that is a bonus. The facilities are sleek and modern with nice lighting but upon further investigation they were definitely quickly constructed, not solid. Overall would recommend the majority look elsewhere, as this is outside of most people’s budget and certainly is outside of ours. Due to our living situation changing unexpectedly due to habitability issues at our last apartment, this was one of the only places with immediate move-in, so we had very few choices, leading to us renting outside our budget and means. We will likely not be renewing our lease due to cost.
