Mirador Apartments

Although the pool is no longer a part of Mirador anymore i still like it here a lot. Management staff members, Marilyn and Mario, are awesome. Whenever an issue comes up they do their best to resolve it asap. Gino, one of the maintanance crue, has never made me feel like what im saying is not relevant to the issue. He is also promt. I like that. Since me and my husband moved in 3 years ago there has been nothing but improvement changes done to the structure here. Which is nice. Also the rent is fair and they are pet friendly. I give it 5 stars without a doubt. Also all of these negative reviews about the water always being turned off and left off for 2 weeks is a lie. That never happened. Yes water has got turned off but only to replace the water heaters. How else are they supposed to do it? And the only time ive seen them here late at night was when they were doing the water heaters. Which tells me they were working hard to resolve the issue. The way i see it is if somebody thought these guys were rude and ignorant then they must have been the ones who are rude and ignorant therefore who wants to do anything nice for people like that. Also when i moved from one unit to a bigger one i cleaned my old one from top to bottom. Everything but the carpet. And got most of my deposit back. If you want your deposits back or at least some of it then you actually gotta work a little harder to ensure that it looks as good as it did when you moved in. Common sence. I pay 622 for a pretty good sized 1 bedroom. Plus the 15 dollar rent for my cat. So 637 for a 1 bedroom for me my husband and our cat is an excellent price. Go ahead....compare that anywhere in just Ogden alone. UPDATE....10/2022. Still here. Still happy to be here. . Update......9/11/25. Yep. Still here. Still happy. It's been 10 years and things like management and maintenance people are new. But they also work hard to ensure we are all happy and safe.

Unresponsive when something breaks. i.e. heater. Managers won't return calls and let you sit in a cold apartment for days( 4 plus days). Happened 3 times. They ripped the kitchen cabinets, stove, sink and bathroom sink out and didn't replace it for 5 plus weeks. Dishes had to be done in the bathtub, no stove. Yard is always trashed.
