I love living at Wilson Place! The location is perfect, close to campus and convenient for daily life. The building is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with great amenities like the gym and shared spaces. My apartment feels new, spacious, and comfortable. The management team is super friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, quiet, and welcoming community!
This is my second year living at Wilson Place. If you decide to move here, I’d recommend documenting everything in writing. The property is unresponsive, doesn’t honor what they advertise, and charges unreasonable fees. Amenities are minimal compared to other apartments in the same price range, and non-priority maintenance requests often go ignored. From my personal experiences, for the price of the lease, there are definitely better options nearby. Schiff Real Estate (which manages Wilson Place) advertises a $250 referral bonus on flyers posted in the building (image attached). I referred two new tenants who signed a new lease, yet I was denied the payment. I reached out multiple times over five weeks and never received a clear response. They also withheld $300 from my security deposit last year for small things like crumbs in the oven, lint in the dryer, and a paint drip that existed since move-in.
