Do not rent from this place, especially if you think maintenance is going to fix anything. Room smelled like cigarette smoke on day one. They deployed ozone generators to combat the smell, which prevented us from moving in even though we paid to move in early. So that was a waste of money. Refrigerator won’t produce ice (multiple attempts to fix), refrigerator stopped working resulting in multiple items needing to be thrown away, window won’t close all the way so there’s ice built up in the gaps and cold air coming in. DO NOT RENT HERE. Edit 1: We have sent two emails, a few days apart, and haven’t received a response.
