I do not recommend this places, especially if you are a person of color. They will watch everything you do and contact you about it but other issues they don’t care about just give empty consequences. They are so unprofessional and do not care about anyone. Let me explain you will make complaints and nothing is done, you get a sob story of how management is trying their best and nothing can be done. Or they will disregard/ignore your issues. There was 2 manager/workers that tried to help with issues but they left, since then management had been a joke and no help at all. The new management are not friendly and do not care about residents, they give excuses as to why they can’t do their job. We moved in and put in maintenance request, they “fixed” my sink and it was broke again 2 days later. They do not care for dog feces all over the complex and do not enforce rules. I stepped in so many piles of shit, I also slid (caught myself I didn’t fall) in some dog shit as well. Be careful of hidden fees they try to impose on you while not enforcing the rules on others. Management does not talk with each other unless they in the office gossiping. When I moved in I was told we can only have 1 car due to units only getting 1 parking spot. The parking is a joke, once you leave forget about getting a spot near your building, again management does not enforce the rules. People allow their guest to park wherever. I know multiple people who have three-four cars and nothing was done. The walls are thin and people walk as if the floor does it exist, all night and day you hear stomping, banging noises, and sounds as if someone dragging furniture around the whole apartment. It is horrible! If you do move here get a top floor apartment. We recently had an issue with mice coming through a whole in the bathroom, 4 to be exact. Cars have been being broken in to for the past few months, management send out a message about it not being their concern or issue. I honestly don’t know what they have camera if they are never being used. It was brought to management attention of my friend staying with us for a while, idk why it was an issue but whatever. When people upstairs not even supposed to be there, yall watching the wrong people and so much illegal stuff going on that’s all imma say. I am glad to be moving from this complex & would not recommend it to my worse enemy. There is only 1 washer and dryer per apartment building and my building didn’t have a coin machine, we ended up going to the laundry mat to do clothes. Also the machine did not wash my clothes it still had detergent on it I spent $3.00 washing my clothes I washed twice and after that had to go spend additional money at the Laundry mat so my clothes can be washed. Spoke to management nothing was done at all. Also during the winter, the complex roads are a mess, no shoveling is done, and cars get stuck while trying to come up the hill entering the complex due to the snow. All this happened within a few months of living in this complex; I was thinking of breaking my least but I just stayed and moved first chance I got. The complex has good amenities such as a gym, pool that is barely open during the summer, and laundry. All the machines in the gym but 2 treadmills didn’t work, we were told new equipment was coming lived here 2 years and no new equipment, my boyfriend and I needed up paying for a planet fitness membership. This place was not all bad, when I first moved in the person who worked in the office was amazing. Once they left things turned for the worse. Rent is a good price but goes up without anything being fixed or upgraded in your apartment, if the pool was actually open to use and the gym had okay equipment the price wouldn’t be bad, utilities are included, you can have your mail delivered to the office, kind of quiet environment if you don’t have neighbors who fight every other night, and pet friendly. Be careful with the move out/ cleaning fees; this place just wants money. Rent at your own risk!

I’ve had a great experience living here. Maintenance is very fast and any issues are always addressed in a timely manner. The community is quiet and well-kept, which I really appreciate. The building manager, Whitney, is polite, professional, and always helpful. Overall, it’s been a wonderful place to live and I would definitely recommend it.
