I stayed for one quarter (fall term at OSU) as an exchange student and must say that this place was extremely pleasant! It has everything you need: large kitchen, bathrooms, common area with lots of stuff (board games, pool table, table tennis and more), backyard, and parking among other things. iHouse is also a very vibrant place with people both from the US and outside. I've met a few good friends here. The owners are very nice and helpful too. The only problem I could point out is the heating. During the fall term there were some cold days and it was fairly cold in the house (though you could have asked for a heater). Also, this place might be noisy for some folks but it's only a couple of days when there are events like Halloween. iHouse is still a great place to live.

I lived at iHouse for one term while being an exchange student at OSU and I had an unbelievably great time there. It might not be the quietest or cleanliest place to live at but it was the best choice I could have made. The people are very kind, there’s lots of space for studying and partying, and I would definitely recommend iHouse if this is what you’re looking for :)
