They are constantly making improvements and upgrades. Especially love Holly in the office. She genuinely cares about the property and residents. Highly recommend!
A fantastic place to call home! I absolutely love living at Oakhurst Apartments! From the moment I moved in, I've been impressed with everything this community has to offer the amenities are great, can't wait to use the pool this summer! There is a dog park for your puppers, a play ground nestled in-between apartment buildings. The management team is outstanding! They are always friendly, responsive, and go above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and valued. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which is such a relief! Holly is amazing in every way and always there when I need her help. The community its self is beautifully maintained, with nice landscaping and a welcoming atmosphere. Plus the location is perfect- not to far away from University Place Mall and tons of close food options! If you are looking for a place that combines great service, modern amenities and a wonderful sense of community, I highly recommend Oakhurst Apartments!
