Loved living at Oakhurst! Location is fantastic! Anytime we had something that needed to be addressed they were very prompt and efficient. They are constantly making improvements and upgrades. Especially love Holly in the office. She genuinely cares about the property and residents. Highly recommend!

A fantastic place to call home! I absolutely love living at Oakhurst Apartments! From the moment I moved in, I've been impressed with everything this community has to offer the amenities are great, can't wait to use the pool this summer! There is a dog park for your puppers, a play ground nestled in-between apartment buildings. The management team is outstanding! They are always friendly, responsive, and go above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and valued. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which is such a relief! Holly is amazing in every way and always there when I need her help. The community its self is beautifully maintained, with nice landscaping and a welcoming atmosphere. Plus the location is perfect- not to far away from University Place Mall and tons of close food options! If you are looking for a place that combines great service, modern amenities and a wonderful sense of community, I highly recommend Oakhurst Apartments!

I have rented here for almost 4 years and I absolutely love it. Holly is an amazing person to work with, the maintenance guys have always taken such awesome care and attention to the needs of our little community. Christina at the front is attentive and kind and great at her job. I'm grateful to live here and appreciate the kindness they've all shown my babies and husband and I. I hope it stay here until I'm ready to buy a home for my little family . Not to mention my neighbors have always been so easy going. Great place to rent from.

I love living here. My family has made it our home! Holly is the best property manager I've ever known. Every conversation shows her care and concern for her tenants. Fabian and Harrison are so responsive. They quickly and effectively fix any maintenance issues that have come up, from issues small to large, including emergencies. Brittany does so many things around the property to add beauty and make it a peaceful neighborhood community. Thank you! 5 stars, 10 out of 10!

My husband, kids, 2 dogs and I have lived here for about 5 years. I have lived in a lot of different places and Oakhurst is by far the best. Management is truly amazing. Holly is so helpful, understanding and quick to respond. Jordan and Lee are truly the best maintenance crew. I have never lived anywhere else that has a maintenance team that is so quick to respond to a request. They are always on top of things and are so kind. I will always recommend living here!
