I lived here in 2018-2019. These apartments are beautiful! The pools & 2 hot tubs are so nice I’d invite all my girlfriends over to swim! I love that one of the hot tubs is on the roof area! It has a light up waterfall feature which made me love swimming even in the winter times here! They have so many hangout rooms / study rooms & staff was so kind I always felt at home! Some other places have overbearing staff, but here they mostly leave you alone to feel free to make yourself at home! 🩷 They even allowed my Pomeranian to live there. The dog park is by far superior while I would prefer real grass over pebbles. They made up for it by having a large big dog area & a separate small dog park! They also made up for it by only allowing residents to use the dog park. Locked & unlocked using my key fob. SO I ALWAYS FELT SAFE!! 💕 If you’re thinking about living here do it! They never towed my car or gave me any trouble. If you have a lot of friends like me they can park in guest or at Costco! 😉 If I ever got bored the mall was across the street! By far I highly recommend living here! Last thing I’ll say: one time I accidentally pushed the wrong button on the elevator without knowing. I got off on the wrong floor but didn’t see. I walked into what should have been my apartment. But it was not! 😳 I was horrified and embarrassed. Only for my downstairs neighbors whose unit I just walked into, to start laughing & telling me it’s fine don’t worry. They said they have done it before. 😹 THAT JUST GOES TO SHOW HOW FRIENDLY & HAPPY EVERYONE IS HERE!! Beyond safe!

Dog poop in the hallways and misaligned expectations with move out. My husband and I lived here from 2024–2025. Before moving out, we checked multiple times with the office about expected move-out charges and carefully followed all move-out procedures, leaving our apartment in near-perfect condition. We were told our $150 deposit would cover most of it, but then we were hit with a $770 bill the week of Christmas...that sucked. During our stay, there were ongoing issues. Dog poop was constantly left in the hallway for days on end, noisy neighbors disrupted our sleep despite multiple complaints and even involving the police, and amenities were often unavailable—hot tub closed, gym equipment broken. Our assigned parking spot was far from our unit, and requests to move closer were strictly denied, making the $45/month fee pointless. In short, management is strict about fees, slow to address problems, and doesn’t follow through on promises. If you rent here, get everything in writing.
