see morethe carpet. Appliances aren’t up to date and air conditioning is constantly breaking. Windows suck, you can hear everything from outside. Overall though, nothing except for the bathroom bugged me too much.

see moreare pretty much set when you move in. The quality of said products aren’t the most high quality but they are still great and work well with what you will be using them for. Definetly better than most places I’ve viewed.

The businesses rented out below the apartments are occupied by businesses that don’t benefit off of the crowd and specifically there is a spot rented for a behavioral program that has kids early in the morning screaming bloody murder which wouldn’t be an issue if it wasn’t for the apartment being so unnecessarily hot that we have to keep the windows open which doesn’t do it justice most times, on top of that we have a thermostat in the apartment that is locked and we are not able to utilize it to benefit our needs. It’s a grab for your money i would not recommend wasting it.

see morewas still trash, also i’ve heard other people say that their apartment was a mess and cleaning was not an effort for the previous tenant and it seems the same for mine.
see moreand from campus whenever I want! The lack of control over the AC is a bit annoying, but easily combated with blankets and open windows. My only real complaint is the lights and sound coming from the road and gas station next to my building, but that isn't something the complex can fix, and only really effects my specific area of the building.
