To keep it simple, DO NOT COME HERE. Scamming college kids is sad. Come here if you want a live in an apartment that WILL guaranteed fall apart, and they don’t fix ANYTHING. This place needs to be shut down ASAP. Convenient not to answer my emails when you owe me money!! Edit: sent me images of a unit that wasnt mine and charged me for their damages and refused to respond to my emails.. i dont believe that is "enforcing policies fairly." This place needs to be shut down

As someone who's stayed here for 3 years, I can say the management has gotten absolutely terrible. The beginning was fine (you get what you pay for), but with their rising rent prices, it's not worth it. They've started changing staff so regularly, communication with them is horrendous. I'll tell one office manager something, and when I go to check in on any updates, I find out that person had left and I need to restart the whole process with someone else, so nothing actually gets done--just a constant cycle of "I'll get back to you". They'll upcharge you more than what you signed your lease for, and give no explanation of why. I've gone to them multiple times about this issue, but no response and I'm just expected to pay because they'll fine me EVEN MORE if it's late.
