Everyone and everything is absolutely amazing. Staff is very kind, accommodating, and the buildings have so much character, absolutely beautiful, gorgeous rooms. The building is immaculate! The outdoors are beautiful. I ❤️ everything about my new home.

I’m honestly tired of how priorities seem to work at Alden Park. One of the most frustrating things here is the package room. It is almost always a mess. Boxes are everywhere, packages get buried under other packages, damaged, and sometimes it feels impossible to find anything. More than once I spent 30-60 minutes after work just trying to find my own package. After a long day, the last thing I want is to dig through piles of boxes and leave frustrated because something that should take 2 minutes turns into another stressful task. And what makes this worse is that while things like this continue, management seems focused on completely different things. Instead of fixing problems residents actually live with every day - making the gates reliable, organizing the package room, fixing maintenance issues, sealing apartments better so pests don’t keep getting inside - they are actively pushing a mandatory internet installation that nobody asked me about and that many people simply do not need. A lot of us already had internet that worked perfectly fine. Yet somehow this became a priority instead of making daily life here better. It just feels like nobody asks residents what would actually improve their quality of life. If you’re thinking about moving here - think carefully. My experience has been that living here has involved way more stress, wasted time, and frustration than it should for the price.
