1 Star Living in this PMC-managed building has been a nightmare. The building is old, and tenants have zero control over the heating or cooling systems. When it’s in cold mode, the apartment feels like a freezer, and when it’s in hot mode, it turns into a sauna—right now, it’s 88°F inside, and we’re roasting! While it’s 54°F outside. I reached out to the property management office for help, but they were incredibly disrespectful and refused to do anything about it. Their complete lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I’ll be filing a formal complaint with legal authorities to address this negligence. I plan to escalate this issue to the legal authorities to ensure tenants’ rights are respected. I would strongly recommend staying away from this poorly managed building.
