The berks living is a great place to stay! It’s very close to Temple’s campus which is convenient. Management is really nice and understanding of your needs!

My daughter lived at the Berks the 22-23 school year, and it was a great experience. Safe building (including a parking garage) and great location - close to campus. Mark was always very responsive to any questions -- whether about move in/out or questions about the rentcafe portal (for paying rent). I highly recommend The Berks!
