I am an international graduate student at Penn, and I absolutely love living here! The entire staff is super friendly, and the apartment has such a lovely vibe. It’s pet-friendly with great neighbors—most of whom are students or staff at the nearby university. The management is very responsive to any requests. It’s a fair walking distance to the Penn campus （GSE）if you enjoy a little daily exercise, and SEPTA stops are also very close by. I love that there’s a hospital nearby and the Clark park just a 1-minute walk away (the Saturday farmers market is a huge plus). Most importantly, the prices are excellent. All in all, if I had to choose again, I’d pick this apartment in a heartbeat!
