Casa Maribela Apartments

PORFAVOR LEER / PLEASE READ: this has been by far the worst apartments that I’ve ever lived in the last 30 years that I’ve been alive. Do not live here. Unless you want to pay 1600 for cockroaches, your car towed almost every week as well as water going off every couple of days and a dirty pool that barely gets maintained then by all means go ahead. Most of the five star reviews that are below me that have the names of Faviola and Elizabeth are fake, misleading and not true. Those people are just fake accounts that have been created to make this place look good. They will act like your friend before you move in or as soon as you move in. Maintenance takes forever and all they do is spray paint over drawers and cabinets and not actually fix things. The apartments themselves are outdated and old. The dishwasher does not even work. The tiles inside the apartments are broken and dirty. Your guests will also get towed!!! NO ONE IS SAFE. THE TOWING COMPANY GW TOWING IS THE WORST EVER. I’M SPEAKING UP FOR THOSE THAT CAN’T SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES. THERE IS SO MUCH MORE I CAN ADD AND SAY. BUT PLEASE JUST STAY AWAY COMPLETELY FROM THESE APARTMENTS. Rented for a year. Got a great move in special and they attended to my needs. Special shoutout to ms faby and ms eli for helping me out and making sure I was good. My fridge stopped cooling and they changed it out quick
