Village at North Glen is amazing and we are so excited for our buyers and team that has been working with us for years!. To set the record straight on a recent negative review of one star (Kubitz) . This former client went through ELEVEN ATTORNEYS AND HERE ARE THE FACTS: Interesting as we ended up having to sue to be paid after kubitz continued to make multiple changes to the job and expect us to absorb the cost and basically tried to have her house done for free. Consistent delays created by the client, as well as problems induced by the client were almost daily occurrences. To put it in perspective, we had the ROC out to review our work which was proven to be absolutely correct and above standard, and during the ensuing court battle, kubitz went through 11 attorneys. MAK was awarded our monies as kubitz was 100% wrong. We are over it. Apparently she is not.

Difficult to trust a company that Karen and Mark Doerflein are involved in. I did a construction project with MAK Construction a few years ago, substandard workmanship.
