We have a very very bad problem with ROACHES we have hadour appointment sprayed 3 times in one month but thay are coming from up stairs and thay won't spray there so what do you think thay should do?

Terrible cigarette smoke billows into my Apartment from the neighbor's. I have complain the management has done nothing but offer to let me out of my lease. How about fixing my unit and evicticing those breaking the regulations?
