Roaches and spiders and bed bugs when I first moved in and ima need atleast 250$ back if not lower the rent because 1000$ a month is just not worth the stuff it comes with…

My son just moved recently and the place is horrible. He has leaks on toilet , electrical issues ac unit moldy refrigerator not cold enough missing stove tops garbage disposal plugging up the sink and still hasn't got fixed. I wouldn't even get a one star but I guess that's the lowest I can go.

Bad worst apartment I ever live.. Mold on a dishwasher water don't even drain it's stinky.

So very dirty and downright Ghetto. People fighting in the middle of the night and police were called,just to break it up. I called in a work order for my refrigerator because it wasn't working and it literally took a lil over a week just to get another refrigerator, so $300 worth of groceries went bad. Then I put in a work order for my toilet over flowing and you would think that was emergency since my apartment was flooded, it took maintenance till Tuesday to come in with a snake and this happened Friday evening, not to mention maintenance had no idea what to do, thank god I paid a family member money to fix my toilet and management would not reimburse me for my my money spent. So please rent somewhere else because this place is an overpriced unsafe place to live.

These apartments are absolutely disgusting . There roaches everywhere , an they stink . The carpet looks so old as if they never replaced them since they been there. The managers there are horrible there never in the office , rude, then on top of that I was paying 100 dollars an over a month for a damn water bill! For a studio then when I asked for my deposit after I cleaned these nasty ass apartments . After I called got the carpet cleaned scrubbed the walls the bath everything they won’t give me my damn deposit ! I wouldn’t move here ever again if this was the last place on earth. I wish somebody Come through an knock the whole apartment down . That’s how mad I am!
