Just love my apt at The Valencia, management does a good job. It’s clean and maintenance is great. I didn’t require a deposit. I recommend the complex all the time. It’s great here.

It's been great living here.. I have no complaints at all and I shouldn't because we were technically homeless.. The Manager made the move in progress simple from the get go.. I see everyday the maintenance does their job on their end.. it's very quiet with the exception that my son yells constantly because he's gaming on his PS5 besides that the apartment complex is well kept and maintained... I like that the elementary school is literally next door if you have elementary age school children. I'm very greatful for the company whom gave me a second chance to rent when everyone else rejected me... ???
