CollegePlace Woodland runs so smoothly thanks to Ellisa. She is organized, proactive, and handles everything with confidence and professionalism. From leasing to maintenance follow-ups, she ensures things get done the right way. Her dedication to the property and residents truly shows.
I am completely disappointed. For 6 months my dryer has not worked and has been framed as a user error. I moved in to black mold. Management has a team of 2 and will not hire more to keep up with the work necessary to keep things clean and fixed. For it being one of the most expensive places with the worst living experiences I would recommend to no one.
