Has some awesome features: close to byu campus, in-unit washer and dryer, pretty spacious living area. Definitely outdated and needs maintenance often. Needs renovation. Not enough parking spaces and parking is expensive. Good ward. Worst part is absolutely the management. Incredibly difficult to work with. They manage other properties and seems like Cornerstone is really on the back burner.
