I really liked living here! The ward and stake is amazing and friendly, mainly a lot of RMs. The management is great and responsive when there’s problems (which rarely happens tbh). It’s in such a good location since it’s only a 10-15 minute walk to campus and it’s close to the UVX and other UTA stops so you don’t need a car. The apartments themselves are pretty nice for the price you pay. The only downside is the laundry room since there’s only 3 washers and 2 dryers for the whole complex ($1.25 for washer/dryer)

Allred is a great place to live south of BYU! Love how close it is to campus and how it is affordable compared to other complexes close by. The apartment’s living space and kitchen are very open and have an enough storage so it doesn’t feel cramped. The live-in managers are super responsive and helpful for any questions you have. The parking lot is a little hard to maneuver, but if you get a spot it’s so much better than having to find street parking. Love this close-knit little complex!

I think it's a pretty nice place especially for the price we're paying. I mean, it's provo student housing and fairly old, so don't expect luxury, but it's nice. On paper rent is $380/mo but we also pay for most utilities to the landlord which is fixed $50/mo. So $430 to the landlord and then we pay electric and internet. You also do pay $75/ semester for parking if you want to park here. And if you have a car I'd recommend that because there is basically no street parking around. The ward is fantastic, one of my favorites that I've been in. Coin operated laundry. Management is great, we've never had a problem with them and they're super responsive and helpful with everything that we've needed fixed or had questions about

I've been here for 3 years and I have loved it. The buildings are close to campus and the bus stop, which is amazing for travel. It is a smaller complex and the landlords are really responsive when there is a problem. The apartments feel really open and clean. ANd the ward is amazing!

The rent is about as cheap as you can find, but the quality of the apartment is still great! Maintenance concerns are taken care of quickly, and the ward here is amazing! I've lived at a few apartment complexes here in Provo, and I am by far the happiest here at Allred!

Allred Apartments is truly the best. My older sisters and I have all spent time living in this complex because we love it that much! It is the PERFECT location. Super close to BYU campus. Takes just 5 minutes to get into campus. It’s close to Brick Oven and the Provo Library. I also like that it’s close to the bus stop to go downtown Provo or even to the other side of BYU campus. The people are so friendly and kind. There are activities constantly that you will never be bored! Roommates are very welcoming and clean. Each apartment was just recently renovated with new flooring and lighting. It is a very cheerful place to be!

The parking lot is really poorly designed, and parking passes are done on a lottery system. Not much street parking around the corner either. High quality bathroom and kitchen, just a very small apartment. People are really nice but independent so it is not super social. Management is unresponsive until days later and laundry room has one functional dryer and one functional washing machine. Management closes laundry at night and Sunday too, so there's hardly ever a time that it isn't being used. Frustrating management but super nice location and solid inexpensive apartment.

I’ve loved living at Allred! I’ve been there almost a year and plan on staying there for as long as possible. It’s an amazing ward, super convenient location (close to BYU campus and bus stops) and pretty cute apartments
