Just off campus+Own room=Unbeatable. Looks better on the inside than the outside. The large kitchen is very nice. Parking underneath. The price is reasonable all things considered.

I LOVE living here. It’s cheaper than the other single bedrooms this close to campus. The carpet in our unit is old and green. I think the dressers and desks in the unit are too big for the bedroom size, but it is nice to have storage. I will be renewing my contract until I graduate and leave Provo.

It’s a good apartment, a little small but Margaret the landlord is normal. She’s not rude as long as you’re a good renter. Cleaning checks are intense. The place is expensive for how small it is but it’s a good location to campus. A pretty basic Provo apartment. It’s nice that is had private rooms.
