Solid place to live, kinda old but very social. It also helps that it's close to the Ryde (the shuttle to BYU) so it made things easy to get to campus. Also Vasa is right around the corner so it's a solid location to live. Parking was generally not an issue, but sometimes everything was full and I had to find a spot on the street.

  • Great location
  • Good maintenance

Biggest rip-off!! My friend rented here, and they cram six people into a tiny three-bedroom apartment. Rent is almost $600, and there are zero amenities. They charge a $25 carpet cleaning fee every three months. Get this: these units don’t even have carpet. And they don’t come to clean the hard floors either. Complete scam. They claim the $25 is for a general cleaning fee when you move out, even though it’s listed as a carpet cleaning fee. You thought that was bad? It gets worse. They never clean the apartment. They have the tenants clean their own apartment when they move out, so what’s the point of the $25 carpet cleaning fee? Complete scam! If you’d like living in a small three-bedroom apartment cramped with six people, then this is the place for you. There are much better apartments nearby with real amenities that are actually comfortable—and cheaper.
