The ward in this area is amazing! I would highly recommend living here for the social scene by the ward. The building is pretty run down but the bedrooms are a good size!!

Parking is so hard to get in and out of lol but it’s not horrible. I really enjoyed living here, good community and the walk to campus is the best!!

I stayed here for 2 years. The first year, I was having a good time and didn't encounter anything too problematic. Right during the transition from year 1 to year 2, management (Redstone) began showing us their true colors. On a Sunday night at around 9pm, we came home to find our bathroom tub shower faucet completely demolished, making the shower unusable. We were given no notice that this would would be taking place that night. It then took 2+ weeks for the bathroom to be fixed, necessitating the need to find alternative places to shower. Yes some compensation was provided, but not enough considering that this took place right at the start of a new semester. In addition, there was a several week period when our bathroom was flooded with sewage due to a sewage backup that was likely caused due to under-maintained sewage pipes. Communication was scarce and promises were often empty. This went on for weeks. The "resolution" that was offered entailed teenagers being sent in to clean out the bathrooms. Teenagers lacking appropriate cleaning supplies for something of that scale. To top it all off, the only compensation was "hush money". In order to obtain a meager month's rent in exchange for uninhabitable conditions, a sketchy contract needed to be signed. The contract said that we waived management (Redstone) any and all liability. While this makes sense, the contract also included a line stating that, should we complain or publicize any of the details of how this situation was poorly handled, we would be required to pay a minimum of $2000 in reparations. I personally didn't sign the contract, hence this review. In summary, what was once a great experience for me with this property was quickly tarnished by unethical and shady management of several situations. I will most definitely not be living at this apartment complex again.

I like that it’s a 4 person apartment. I don’t like the fact that we need to go to another apartment complex to do our laundry and we don’t have dishwashers.

Honestly? I've had several miscommunications and experienced a few clerical errors with management. BUT, they were always very understanding and helpful. They were quick to solve problems we encountered and made sure to keep me updated during the process. I also thought they were cool and funny people so there's that. 9/10 management. would let them manage my residency again.

It's pretty great honestly but the bathroom is really small. Our blinds also don't work but they're coming to fix those. I wish we had more amenities but honestly with what we pay for it's a pretty good gig.
