Overall a pretty good place! The smells in the hallways are a little strange but doable. The parking is horrendous and I mainly park a seven minute walk away. The activities put on are okay as well. The actual room is really great and very spacious.

College place is a really nice apartment complex to live it! It is on the more expensive side, but the covered parking is nice to have, the private rooms are good and having a washer and dryer is awesome. The gym is great so overall a good place to live!

Sometimes the hallways are super stinky. The gym definitely needs more consistent cleaning and at least another rack of dumbbells. I love the apartment itself, fantastic individual rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, pantry, and living room. Couldn’t ask for anything better for the living situation. The complex as a whole needs much better upkeep. Maintenance crew is very quick with repair.
