the gist Reviewers say Heritage Halls offers clean, spacious apartments close to campus with good amenities and value. They consistently flag parking as a major frustration—many report lots filling quickly or parking at the stadium. Social life divides opinion, though some praise the quality and note it's ideal for freshman housing.AI-generated from student reviews

I actually loved living here. Everything is close enough to walk to or take the bus and the apartments are pretty nice. Only bummer was parking

Parking is not for the weak! About a 0.5-1 mile walk to your car every time. The apartments themselves are really nice, clean, and spacious. Not as social as I expected though. Windows don’t open so there are a lot of different smells from dinners mixing

  • Great location
  • Good maintenance
  • Transparent pricing
