Genuinely the best management I have ever encountered here in Provo (maybe ever). I have lived at a handful of places and I have never felt more heard and seen as a student lessee. The apartments are older, but charming. They always update or fix whatever you need quickly. It’s also so close to campus. Like a 10 min walk. I loved my 18 months here!!!!

Not a fan of the management here. They were prompt in responding to very simple tasks but not with anything else. From the beginning of my interactions: I asked for a tour and didn't hear anything about that but ended up knocking on someones door and taking a look for myself. The living area is small but the rooms are a good size and it's cute. I applied and paid the $50 fee. I was accepted and told I would be sent the lease in a couple of days which ended up being over a week. I signed the contract and it said I would immediately need to pay the security deposit. I didn't receive that invoice for a long while so I requested it be sent to me and was told it would be soon. About a month passed and I still hadn't gotten it. I found out my requested roommate wouldn't be able to live with me anymore and started having second thoughts about living here because of the lack of communication and timely manner of operations. I ended up having to pay a $100 fee to terminate my contract which according to the papers was associated with the time it would take to return the security deposit which he didn't have to do since I never paid it because he never sent it to me. Seems like only one guy is in charge of everything. Pretty unprofessional in my opinion compared to other complexes I've looked into and had conversations with. Upset that I wasted the amount if money I did when I feel like very minimal work was put into assisting me. So as you can see I didn't live here but I'm relieved I won't based on the service I've gotten so far. I can't imagine how long it would take to get maintenance done or other things for residents.

I LOVE Casa Dea! This is the best place I have ever stayed in Provo, and I've lived in 4 different apartment complexes over the last 3+ years. The management are incredible. They are kind, easy to work with, prompt to address issues (just some examples: they once came and fixed a leak in our ceiling at midnight, and another time they Facetimed me to help me fix something bc no one was in the office at the time). They will drop anything to help their tenants, and they are genuinely kind and helpful.
The apartment itself is clean, newly renovated, and the bedrooms are large. It's also hard to beat the location, as it's 1.5 blocks from the south ramp to BYU campus, and a 2-3 minute walk from the bus stop. There's another bus stop directly in front the complex. The ward meets in the Joseph Smith Building on campus, so it's a 5 minute walk, which is nice!
Laundry is cheap, and there's also a nice lounge with comfy couches and a large flat screen TV that you can use whenever.
I really can't say enough about how much I have enjoyed staying here. I wish I could have taken management with me when I moved out, haha.

Living here has been wonderful. It's a block south of BYU campus, so I can walk to most of the buildings in 10 minutes. It has a parking lot on site as well as assigned covered parking spots (paid). The apartment has been remodeled with new carpet, granite countertops, paint, lights, entertainment center, and bigger closets. The rent is great for the condition and location of the place. Dealing with management has been a painless experience as well. They have responded to issues promptly and have been very helpful. I recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place close to campus for affordable rent.

Huge regrets living here. Though the place was nice and close to campus, it is definitely not worth the rent they charge you. It is way overpriced, and the boss is not willing to work with you or be helpful at all. The office is very nice at least and maintenance typically responds to issues pretty well. Regardless, it is definitely the worst and least accomodating place I have lived in Provo. I've lived in other places that are more helpful and understanding with contracts, but Casa Dea really kicks you to the curb. Go somewhere more worth it, like with way better parking, actual visitor parking, and an actual pool and gym (cause that is what the price of this place should be worth).
