Our hot water and air conditioning failed at the peak of summer. My roommates and I had to move out after three days because the apartment became unbearably hot at night. Lanai, the management, has taken over two weeks to address the issue since our first maintenance request, and it’s still not fixed. None of us live in the apartment anymore due to these unlivable conditions, yet we’re still paying rent for a place we can’t use. Lanai refuses to reduce rent or compensate us, despite the prolonged delay in repairs. They also failed to acknowledge our maintenance requests the first two times we submitted them. It’s clear they either don’t care, are incompetent, or both. I cannot in good conscience recommend this apartment to anyone, and people need to know how terrible Lanai’s management is. They will quote policies of the apartment that they are following as if it absolves them of responsibility, and it seems like they are right, they are just following the policies, but that’s exactly the problem. Their policies suck.

Lanai is one of the best places to live in Provo! The apartments have private rooms and spacious bathrooms. One of my favorite parts about the apartment is the size of the kitchen! It's so great for cooking! And there are super cute balconies on all the apartments. The complex is so social, and I've met so many great friends here.
