Lanai is one of the best places to live in Provo! The apartments have private rooms and spacious bathrooms. One of my favorite parts about the apartment is the size of the kitchen! It's so great for cooking! And there are super cute balconies on all the apartments. The complex is so social, and I've met so many great friends here.

I lived at lanai for 2 years and absolutely loved it. Your apartment is individually owned since they are condos, but the overall vibe of the complex is great and everyone is super friendly. Would highly recommend. It seems like the complex just turned over so it’s everyone living there is pretty young right now!

Really homie space and well lit units. Bedroom was a really good size and the ward was amazing! Most of the people that live there are great people so even if you are needing a random place to live you will probably end up with good people. The only thing I didn't like was that the rent changed every month due to random utility charges and convenience fees.

I like Lanai! It's super social and full of lots of great people. It's a little run down and every apartment is unique since a lot of the buildings have different owners. Not one apartment is the same. The kitchen doesn't have a ton of storage but that would be my one complaint I think. Lanai is awesome!

Fun place, apartments weren't that nice. They should include complex amenities such as a gym or hot tub.

The place is nice but overpriced. IDK how 525 isn't sufficient to pay utilities, labor costs and wifi. The bedrooms are a pretty decent size but still overpriced lol.

Lanai is a fun place to live, but you really only live there for the social aspect. Covid puts a big damper on that. The rooms are a good size and private. The furnishing is not that great and definitely needs an update. The amenities are pretty bad. The fitness center is almost nonexistent, and they don’t have a hot tub or pool.
