Monticello management will nickel and dime you without communication. They bagged up a current tenant's stuff, and charged us collectively over $2,000, with no explanation after most of us moved out moths before. Not to mention the transfer fee. I'd advise not to live here. Good community can be found all throughout Provo. Find a place that isn't run by Redstone management who only see students as a price tag, not as people.
