The management is super kind! Donuts in the office every Friday, very easy to talk to. The actual apartment is pretty run down but it is spacious and a super close walk to campus. The bus stop is right in front. I don't drive but the parking definitely isn't great. The ward is nice. Laundry isn't good but isn't terrible.
