Absolutely LOVED living here! So close to the Rec Center, grocery store, BYU, and more! Super nice kitchen, walk-in closet, and balcony. The prettiest view of the mountains at sunset too!
I moved into the Parkside Apartments in Gladstone in July 2025. I was a bit nervous because I sold my house in Lenexa, KS and hadn't lived in an apartment for 50 years! Wow...was I pleasantly surprised. This place is awesome. First of all the staff here (Salena and Reece and Devon) are the absolute best! I've met lots of the other tenants and they all love it here. The only ones I talked with that are moving was because they were buying their first house. I am so glad I chose Parkside. The apartments are spacious, the grounds are kept up, also have 2- community rooms you can reserve for that special get together. Also heated salt water pool and pickle ball court and a gym! I can't say enough...I'm never going to leave. If youre in the market do yourself a favor and check it out! You'll be glad you did!?
