This apartment is a great find! Affordable price, homey feel, conveniently close to campus and downtown without feeling in the middle of it all! The ward is so much fun, and this apartment has gotten many (envious) compliments from FHE groups! Legend Real Estate is great management and responds quickly! People always say this apartment is a steal and I couldn't agree more!

Such a great place to live! Two bedrooms, one private and one shared. One full bath and one half bath. It feels more like a home than college apartment. The apartments feel decently new for how old they actually are. I’ve lived here for three years because of how home-y the apartment is and how fun the ward is! Walking distance to BYU and close to multiple UVX stops. Not a lot of people know about it, but I would highly recommend.
