Great apartment complex. Spacious units with fantastic parking. Which is a rarity in Provo. Prices and niceness of units vary as they are independently owned so everyone’s experiences may differ. But if you’re looking a private room close to campus with good parking and in-unit laundry, you can’t really do better than this. Wish I had lived here all four years of school.
