Raintree has lots of social activities going on (usually once a month) that are totally free which I really appreciated. The maintenance team is also on top of it all the time! They are super fast. Management was very reluctant to admit fault when there were problems, and the expectation for how clean your apartment has to be for cleaning checks is pretty hard to gauge. I would recommend talking to an employee in-person when you arrive to ensure that you understand their expectations.

Good place! Great people super close to byu and a shuttle comes every half hour to take you to campus! Lots of activities and space to hang out!
