Great place. It's recently renovated, so it is super nice considering the price. Management is very responsive and they care about your wellbeing. Ward is super great, and it is super easy to make friends. 10 out of 10. I recommend this place to everyone.

Convenient and perfectly livable! You can tell why the rent is so low, but it's honestly not that bad. Our apartment has a lot of quirks, but you can work around them all. I like being so close to campus and the bus stop. As someone who doesn't have a car, this place worked well for me.

I have loved my experience living at Southridge! It is a super friendly and inclusive community, and it is located so close to BYU campus. The management is friendly and helpful, and I would definitely recommend it!

Super great ward and social life! Super close to campus and the bus stop (like a 2-4 min walk). Management is on top of any problems that arise and are always providing residents with snacks and drinks! Parking is covered and underground which is $40 a month. I don't wanna pay that so I just park on the street and have no problem finding parking. There's a hot tub outside and pianos in the lobby. Laundry is in the building, right next to the office!

Overall a really great complex! The management is always accommodating and helpful. It's only a five minutes walk from BYU. Everyone is very social and kind! The price is reasonable. Paid parking ensures parking but there is usually free parking on the street.

Southridge has been fun! People get together often and hangout—we’ve played ultimate, basketball, spikeball together. Management does fun taco Tuesdays or doughnut Fridays!

Management is good. Lots of stuff to constantly get fixed but they are working on it. Super close to campus is really the only reason anyone stays there.

This place was infuriating to live in. Management changed every 4-6 months. Maintenance never came to fix any issues and I got sick from the mold growing in the vents. When this issue was brought up it was brushed over like it was no big deal. The location is great but it’s a mess living there. Don’t even get me started on the heater/AC unit, it only makes a loud noise so you think it works but in the meantime your wither freezing to death or having a heat stroke.
- Great location
- Poor management
- Would not live here again

The place was poorly managed most of the time I was here, primarily because management changed constantly. Apartments are in varying states of being worn-down. Regular problems.

Very good on what was there, I wish the hot tub would work and there was an office vacuum but it’s pretty good besides those things

HA this place is garbage. Management tries, but there's not much they can do. For years they've been saying they'll fix the hot tub, but maintenance never does. Some people don't have cupboard doors and they were told the owners won't pay for it. Everything is stained. Furniture is missing. Maintenance is backed up months on repair requests. Lights outside and inside have been out for years. Rooms are too small for two people. Temporary fixes are applied such as when homeless people used to sleep in the common area so they just removed the couches. Packages get stolen. In summer they rent to small families. They catfiah to the max, including decking out one apartment for pictures and then taking it all away, paying residents to leave good reviews, and offering rent discounts if you get a friend to sign a lease. The people who live here are lovely though.
