  This place is really great if you don't care about having a modern style housing. Very comfortable apartment, the kitchen is pretty small. Not ideal storage for kitchen. Lighting is pretty much nonexistent, especially in the living room. Management is very slow on getting back to you, and communication is not the greatest. It took us 4 weeks to get our mailbox re-keyed, and it took us talking to several different people in management to make it happen. The location is pretty ideal. It's right next to the bus stop so it has easy access to BYU, even though it's not right next to campus.
