Stratford Court is a solid place to live on Condo Row. Situated in a nook on 700 N and 800 E, this complex is just a short walk to to the South East end of campus. The apartments themselves are well kept for their price of $415 a month plus utilities, and if there are any problems, they usually concern current or previous tenants (i.e. poorly cleaned, marks on the walls). The best part about this complex is the people, the other members in the building are always great. The worst part about this complex is the crammed parking situation, there aren't enough spaces underground or in the lot to accommodate everyone, but each apartment gets one guaranteed spot underground. The management is okay, but this varies because different property management companies own different units, so one could have great management and another could have poor management. Maintenance is solid, and problems with the apartment can be fixed relatively quickly. Overall, I would rate this place 3.5 or 4 out of 5 stars.

Our apartment was recently redone and is amazing. Great place to live. I know some of the apartments around us are more run down. But all the people that live around here are great and it’s super close to campus.

Stratford Court on condo row is awesome! The only complaint I have is parking. It's free but there aren't enough spots and often you have to park on the road. They are also all individually owned, so my landlord is super cool but I'm not sure how it is for other people.
