I have loved living at the village because of the amazing amenities and fun social vibe. The apartments have in-unit laundry, a huge mirror for getting ready, and is fully furnished. The apartment complex has a great gym, a beautiful pool, study/conference rooms, and really cool balconies. Seriously, living here is the best!

Amazing! Lots of fun people, great amenities, nice place to live. So close to BYU and plenty of street parking. Never any issues with management, and work orders are always completed quickly.

The village is awesome! The private room is so nice, the bathrooms are spacious, and the kitchen is updated. This is such a fun place to live at, and it is so close to campus! Management is quick and helpful. The ward is awesome!

The Village has been my favorite apartment so far! The apartments are highly maintained, and it is not difficult to get the maintenance team to respond to issues. Everyone at the leasing office has been very kind and easy to work with. The people here are very social! The rent feels low for the experience of living here and how nicely kept The Village is.

Great location, clean rooms, clean property mostly. Only thing I would complain about is if you leave your contract early, don't expect to get a large portion of your security deposit back. Rent and utilities and a parking spot usually costs you $700 a month! They like taking every cent you got.
