Avoid Unit D at all costs. The AC is broken and Aspen Ridge refuses to repair it. Also you can hear screeching brakes at the four way stop all night. Aspen Ridge closed down the back parking lot for repair and forgot to reopen it after the date stated, so I had to call. The garbage truck couldn’t make it back there so this is what the dumpster looked like.

Amazing location, great price, great amenities, and limited covered parking. Everything about the apartment is great, the only downside is if everyone in your apartment owns a car then there is not enough parking spots.

Winter Quarters is a great place to live. There's a decent amount of space, easy to clean, and best of all it's right next to campus.

I love this place! Management has always been quick with fixing things and even got me a new mattress when I said that mine caved in a little on my check-in form. Super friendly ward, convenient to be right across from campus, and lots of storage! Having underground parking and a washer & dryer in unit has been SUPER nice, too! I would recommend this place to anyone!

The apartments seemed very comfortable and management appeared good!

Lived here for two and a half years now and am not about to move any time soon. Can't beat the location
