Wyview park has pros and cons. The biggest pro about Wyview is it’s CHEAP!! The apartment is nothing fancy but it does the job! All apartments are 3 people per apartment. Don’t go here if social life is your number 1 priority.

Good place, good value. It's a little far from campus but there is a bus route that passes through.

- Poor management
- Nothing to write home about

Parking can be tight, but the ward meeting locations are convenient, rent is really good, and you only have 2-3 roommates. A single room is less than most doubles in the area.

Great place. It is month to month, so there are no long term contracts. Maintenance is super quick. There is a little creamery in the complex that is really handy. There is a bus that comes right in the middle of the apartment that goes right to BYU campus. Its a great place. Some amenities are free wifi if you provide the router, free Xfinity TV, laundromat,

Wyview is a nice quiet place. It’s very rustic 90’s family home vibes and it has pretty much everything you need.

Really cheap on-campus housing without dishwasher. Three people per apartment. The fee of water is covered but you need to pay for the AC

This has to be one of the best housing options for BYU students! I'm only moving because BYU on-campus housing has a credit hour requirement and I'm not taking any classes next term.
Pros:
-Very affordable. The only utility you pay extra for is electricity, but it never costs more than $20 per month
-Only 3 or 4 people per apartment
-Close access to a BYU creamery, laundromat, and a free shuttle to and from campus (shuttle operates Fall and Winter)
-Well-maintained and beautiful grounds, clean, fully furnished apartments
-Plenty of storage space
Cons:
-Social atmosphere is lacking
-Apartment does not have a dishwasher
-Far from BYU campus. It's a solid 20 minute walk if you don't drive or take the shuttle
-Sometimes low on parking spots, but there is a nearby overflow lot south of the apartments
-
Great spot for a great price. It has everything you need in really good quality, but nothing too fancy. With Covid, being social is an effort but where is it not? I have no complaints.

Wyview park is a cheap place to live and you get a lot for what you pay for. The people that live in this complex are usually very friendly and outgoing. It has it's own BYU Ryde bus stop inside the complex which makes it very convenient to get to campus. I would definitely recommend this to people.
