This place is so beautiful but more importantly when there is an issue the maintenance crew is on it! The maintenance manager Robert does a fine job on making sure the residents are taken care of completely and efficiently! I’ve dealt with poor maintenance crews before but not here! Thanks

If you’re considering Saga Reno Apartments, brace yourself—my experience has been far from smooth. I’m sharing this to help others make an informed choice. Maintenance: A Game of Incompletes Repairs here feel like an unfinished project. A broken door handle in my unit was never fully replaced, and maintenance often arrives

only to leave mid-task, claiming they need to retrieve a missing part. The entry door to Building One remained broken since I moved in back in 2022, exposing residents to potential safety risks until it was finally repaired within the past month. Promises are made, but the fixes rarely follow. Office Communication: Hollow and Inconsistent Reaching out to the office is a shot in the dark. You’ll likely receive a generic response that feels automated. In some cases, there’s no reply at all. Occasionally, they’ll say your concern is being “escalated,” yet you never hear back. Weeks pass, and the issue remains unresolved. Billing: Frustrating and Unfair The financial side is no better. In my experience the same check has been processed more than once, and the blame somehow falls on you. Instead of correcting their mistake, they tack on additional fees, turning their own error into your burden. Parking: Solid The only positive in the sea of negatives is the amount of parking available. They have a wide selection of spaces and even tandem spots where you can park 2 cars. They are very good about assigning you a spot near your building. Overall Impression: Living at Saga Reno has been a serious test of patience. While the location might be convenient and the aesthetics appealing at first glance, the subpar service and breakdowns in communication make it difficult to recommend. If dependability and responsive management matter to you, look elsewhere.
