In my personal opinion these apartment complex has gone down since Nicole has left. Ashley has been completely no help snow storm hit maintenance just sat in the office all day Nicole would of have cleaned someone vandalized my car In front of cameras and she stated only the cops can come and get footage she has implemented a no parking backwards rule when this building is a open Buisness to the public and must follow DOT rules but clearly not her. She always has such an attitude can’t even walk into office to ask a question I hope FPi investigates this lady

We cannot say enough great things about Ashley. From start to finish, she was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. She truly went above and beyond to help us get our apartment, and her communication was exceptional every step of the way. Ashley was always quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable, and made sure all of our questions were answered thoroughly. She made what can often be a stressful process feel easy and reassuring. Her dedication, patience, and genuine care really set her apart, and we are so grateful for all the effort she put into helping us.
