  Absolutely terrible management. It never got better. We were told by a front desk worker, Brayden, that his boss Melodie was doing illegal business with former manager, Hannah. We are being charged delayed utilities by 4 months. They did not provide timelines for the utilities, and instructed us to get in contact with former company, Conservice if we want more information about the “delayed” utilities we must pay. Our unit in total pays nearly $6,000 a month in rent total, and none of that goes into landscaping or maintenance. There is a broken gate that has been broken YEARS but we must pay $70 a month to park our car and MAYBE get it broken into (which happens often). Absolute terrible place, it makes tenants feel stuck and powerless. Not to mention the Tesla employees that live here rent free because their rent is paid by Tesla. This place is trash, Melodie is simply TOO OLD to play the whole “I just work here” card.
