Mar 2, 2026As others have said, the proximity to campus is the only positive to this place. The manager is a tool, and the owning company does not care about their residents. Safety concerns, everything is run down and broken, and when you seek for resolution you get shut down. Spend a little more, walk a little further, be safe and keep your peace of mind. Do not live here. I'm honestly disappointed that the college doesn't do a better job of overseeing who is "approved" housing.
Reading the five star reviews makes me wonder if they didn't offer some sort of signing discount or payment for a five star review, because they had to be living in an alternate universe to the apartment my son was in.
