It kind of depends on the apartment you are in, most people keep to themselves. Some apartments are super social. The wards are great and good bishops! The new manager, Grace, is super chill. She does clean checks every other week, they are 5 minutes and super relaxed. Management responds to issues fast. The maintenance can be slow, but they still get it done. The apartments are older, but you can't beat the size of the private rooms and the closets, plus in unit washer/dryer.
