I love Bayside! I’ve lived here for two semesters and it has pretty much everything you’d need. There’s a fireplace, lots of windows for natural light, a garage-sized storage room, three fridges for 8 tenants, a study room, and a grass lawn :) it’s an old house, built in the 50’s I think, so there are definitely some quirks but absolutely worth it for the price (and the ward is great!). The manager Emily is also the sweetest. Keep in mind, there is no dishwasher, so being willing to hand wash your dishes is a must!!
